Innovator Mindset:
How do you exemplify the Innovator's Mindset? Consider the characteristics of the Innovator's Mindset, present three and discuss how they are reflected in your instruction or how you might change to better espouse these characteristics.
I believe that I exemplify the Innovator's Mindset at my school by being a "runner" as Ron Clark refers to it. I am an educator that is not willing to take risks, try new things in the classroom, or fail at those things. I have ideas and I do not hesitate to run with them. I believe that being innovative by using technology within my instruction has encouraged my fellow staff members to use technology more as well. I am a resource they confide in to hear about new innovative ways to use technology.
