BENEFITS
Very seldom do co teachers get enough time to plan together and share ideas. Creating a OneNote plan book allows for educators to collaborate without being in the same room or even talking with one another! This has been the biggest help to my teaching career and my relationship with my co teacher and paras! Everyone feels included and everyone is on the same page. Another benefit is that it is ALWAYS with you, as long as you have some sort of technology!

A Learner's Paradise
As Couros stated in Chapter 2 of The Innovator's Mindset, a great teacher adjusts to his/her learners, they do not expect the learner's to adjust to ones teaching. This was exactly the inspiration and thought behind my classroom. I wanted a classroom where my students had ownership and collaboration on a daily basis. My learners need to move and have the choice of where they learn BEST! Ken Robinson said in the video, "Great learning happens in groups with collaboration." My students work in groups multiple times a day in order to learn from one another and build their brain power. We believe in the power of growth mindset, which my hope is to then have my learners grow into an innovators mindset like Couros explained in Chapter 2. I would love to be a student in my room where I had a voice, was trusted with how I learn best (sitting, laying, standing, etc), and was able to collaborate with my peers.
